	Executive ( MM)	1st class engineering graduate with MBA Or 1st class 3 year Diploma in Computer / Electronics  with 10 years experience
	Executive ( HR)	1st class graduate with MBA(HR)
	Executive (Finance)	CA / ICWA / Graduate with SAS & 5 years Experience.
	Executive(Marketing)	1st Class Graduate with MBA(Marketing)

Those selected on deputation shall be offered next higher pay scale and those selected on contract basis shall be paid a consolidated amount (All Inclusive) commensurating the qualification & experience.
